This week

So far the themes haven’t been so spectacular this week so we’ve been trying to do some random fun stuff around the house.

Monday I gave Sam some different colored rotini noodles & he sorted them & played with them:

Then yesterday we went to the library for story time, checked out a fun place called Bounce U, then headed to McDonald’s to play in the PlayPlace:

Last night I went to my first Bradley Method childbirth class to fulfill a requirement for doula training. It was a nice break and I’ll be going for the next 11 weeks.

Today we went to the mall to play but beforehand I decided to try to teach Sam how to spell his name. It only took a couple tries, and now he knows how to put the letters in order and how to spell his name without looking at anything! I’m so proud:

Also, all 3 days both kids have taken a good nap at the SAME TIME and I got to spend one-on-one time with God during that time! It’s been such a blessing. We’re having a great week. 🙂
